Assists innocent crime victims (adults and children) with crime-related expenses: medical, funeral, lost wages, etc, when there are no other funds to cover losses. Also provide reimbursement for occupational therapy and mental health expenses. This is for crimes that occurred in D.C. Also provides referrals.
